 Gleadell Street Market Every Saturday Gleadell St Richmond is closed off to traffic and becomes a Farmer's Market overflowing with seasonal fruits and vegetables, fresh bread, herbs, flowers and gourmet delights aplenty. The original Richmond market opened in 1873 and the traditions of farmers travelling to Richmond to sell their fresh produce continues today.
