The Essendon Farmers Market is a new Farmers Market that runs at Essendon Primary School on the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of the month. Established and accredited with Victorian Farmers Market Association, who serve to guarantee that the goods you buy at the market are grown, raised, picked and produced by the stallholders selling it, we love showcasing some of the best and freshest produce Victoria has to offer.

The market runs on the grounds of Essendon Primary School at 40 Raleigh St, Essendon. It's easily accessible by public transport (59 tram), by bicycle and in the car, with plenty of on street parking. Dogs are absolutely welcome to join their families at the market, but we must ask that dogs remain on-leash at all times, and owners take full responsibility for their behaviour and cleaning up after them.

Farmers Markets are fantastic places to find the highest quality and freshest produce on the market, at great prices. By shopping at them, not only are you getting amazing produce, you are also directly supporting local and regional growers, shopping in a way reduces your food kilometres, and at our market at least, supporting and raising funds for the local school community.
