Woodvale Community Hall Market

The event is usually held around mid-October to promote the Woodvale Fire Brigade and fire awareness among the community before the fire season. This is in addition to the support and ongoing maintenance of the old Woodvale State School (now the community hall) within whose grounds the event was held.

Around September, by which time the new organising committee will have been formed and the exact date known for 2014, keep an eye out on our Web Site under "events" or "news" for full details.

If using a GPS first consult the Google Map window below and check the exact location as some GPS and Google Map do not find Dalys Road Woodvale even though the road is shown.

For those without GPS use these directions from the city of Bendigo

Best way is head for Eaglehawk on Eaglehawk Road, go straight through the  traffic lights X roads/junction with Victoria St. go down the hill and turn right at the old town hall with the cannons, marked as "Sailors Gully Road" stay on this road until it branches to the right...but stay on it....where it actually officially becomes the Bendigo - Pyramid Hill Road, however it is known locally as the Raywood Road. Stay on this for about 5-6 km until you see the sign for the Woodvale Hall on the RHS of the road, then take next right onto Dalys Rd. Hall is 200 metres on the right.
